"Pricey for the portion size"
The meals were small, and for the price, I expected a lot more. I also wish the instructions had been a bit clearer, because that would’ve made the whole experience feel more worth it. Overall, it just didn’t feel like a great value for what I paid

"Wish the subscription rules were clearer"
I signed up thinking it would be easy to pause, skip, or change my meals when needed, but it ended up feeling a lot more locked in than I expected. The cutoff times for editing or canceling weren’t super clear to me, and I missed one because I didn’t realize how strict the timing was.
Support explained the policy, and I understand they were just following the rules, but I still ended up paying for meals I didn’t really want. I just wish the instructions were more obvious upfront. Probably not the right fit for me.

"Just Wasn’t for Me"
I really didn’t enjoy the taste. To me, the meals came across as kind of bland but also a little weird at the same time, if that makes sense. I tried to give them a fair shot, but I couldn’t finish most of them.

"Delivery was frustrating"
My delivery didn’t show up when it was supposed to, which was annoying because I was kind of planning my evening around it. The updates weren’t really helpful either, I kept checking and then waiting, then checking again. Maybe the food/service itself is fine, I don’t know, but the delivery side really put me off. Just felt unreliable

The food was fine and nicely put together, if you’re into meals that look better than they fill you up. The portions were tiny, and I was still hungry afterward. Not really worth it for me

I tried adjusting my meals to fit my diet, but it ended up feeling like extra work. The choices were limited, and when I reached out for support, it didn’t really help much. It seemed like customization was available, but not enough to actually make things easier for me.

"Calories felt off, and I didn’t feel heard"
I ordered a few meals and the calorie counts just didn’t seem to match the actual portions. I track my food every day, so stuff like that really matters to me and it was frustrating. When I tried to get some clarity, the whole thing made me feel more like a ticket number than an actual customer. Not sure I can really trust the labels going forward.

"Didn’t feel confident about the allergen info"
I asked about allergens because I really do need to be careful, and the answers I got were kind of all over the place. One person said one thing, then someone else made it sound different, and at that point I just didn’t feel comfortable ordering. Maybe the food is totally fine, I don’t know, but when it comes to allergens I can’t really take a chance like that, so I probably won’t go back.

"Confusing order and slow updates"
Ordering from eatology.co was kind of frustrating. The website felt a bit clunky, and after placing my order I wasn’t even totally sure if it had gone through. It took longer than expected to get any real update, which made the whole thing feel annoying.
When I tried to check what was going on, the info wasn’t very clear, so I just ended up waiting around. It wasn’t a smooth experience at all. I thought it would be quick and simple, but it turned into more of a hassle than it needed to be.

"Ended up not fitting into my day"
I really wanted this to work because I’m always looking for ways to make weeknights a little less chaotic, and the meals themselves seemed like they’d be a nice backup to have around. I also liked the idea of not having to think so much about what to eat. But after using it for a bit, I found myself still planning around delivery times, sorting through meal choices that didn’t always line up with my week, and trying to make room in the fridge for packs that took up more space than I expected. So in the end, instead of making my routine easier, it kind of added another thing to manage.

"Food didn’t seem fresh at all"
My meals showed up looking sad, honestly. Some of the veggies were soggy, and the chicken had a weird smell that made me not want to eat it. I reached out and got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which just made it more annoying. For what they charge, I expected a lot better. I won’t be ordering again.

I’ve sent a couple of emails and still haven’t heard anything back. What’s frustrating is that it’s not even clear who’s supposed to be handling the issue, so I feel like I’m just being passed around or ignored. Really hoping someone can actually take ownership and respond.

"Packaging was a mess"
I’m not even sure if this happened during delivery or before it went out, but when the box showed up it was totally crushed and the food had leaked everywhere. At first I thought maybe it had just tipped over near my door, but the whole thing looked messed up already. Either way, it was a huge disappointment and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"I was excited to try it..."
I was excited to try it, but after just a few days it felt like the same meals kept showing up over and over. There really weren’t many choices each week, so I got bored quickly. When I reached out to support, they made it feel like it was somehow my fault for not picking better options, which was frustrating.
